FYI: These are my girls when they were about 2 & 9, it was taken 5 years ago. The picture brings back sweet memories.
The purpose of Word filled Wednesday is to share God’s word (no famous quotes or other literature — only the beautiful word of our Father) through photo’s & a Bible verse!
We really need to take these verses to heart. It hurts that there is so much conflict between church members these days.
ReplyDeleteI love the photo you used to illustrate the verse. Are those your kids?
Great picture to go with the verse! And what an important reminder... thanks. :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings Jnette...Thank you for your visit! I went to your other blog "White Oak Soil" and saw this photo as your header and 1 Timothy 3 & all the other scriptures and I was going to comment on the photo there. Then decided to check here and so glad I did & found your WFW here with this photo...with a perfectly chosen verse!
ReplyDeleteI'm not too sure many of us know how to be devoted, to give preference to another, to honor or who is our "brother" or how to show "brotherly love"? This verse from Romans certainly speaks volumes that the church should be to others & we should be in our world! Thanks for sharing this so lovely! Team work among sisters planting...awesome example!!!
Beautiful pic and graat verse to go with it.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
Blessings,
~dd
